Naviance Student
Naviance is a comprehensive career and college readiness program that we offer to students in grades 7-12. This web-based software platform provides students and their parents with a variety of features, including college research and matching tools, course planning, career assessments, personality tests, and surveys to help students connect what they are doing in school to what they would like to do once they complete high school.
Naviance provides additional functionality to the school counselors to track the progress of individual students, communicate and collaborate with students and families, or create reports on their entire student population. Additionally, Naviance's integration with "The Common Application" facilitates the submission of college applications. In the future, the online submission of transcripts, school forms, and recommendations through Naviance eDocs.
Naviance helps students reach their goals by developing skills critical for college, career, and life.

Creating a Resume in Naviance
Steps to create a resume in Naviance Student:
1. Log in to Naviance and click on the 'About Me' tab
2. Clink on 'My Stuff' from the dropdown menu, then click on 'resume'
3. To add a new resume, click on the + (plus sign)
4. If you've already started a resume and want to update it, click on 'Add/Update Sections'
The resume builder contains a list of helpful category titles to aide you in organizing your accomplishments, but you do not need to have every category completed.
5. Once you have finished, you can choose the formatting you prefer and print your resume by clicking on 'Print/Export Resume', download as a pdf. You also can attach this file to an email.
Local scholarships are posted in Naviance
