All Athletes MUST Complete an Online Concussion Test!

Please be advised that all Fort Cherry Student/Athletes are required to complete an on-line concussion test as a preventative safety measure. Every student/athlete only needs to complete the baseline test once every two years.

If a student did not take a concussion test for the 2019–2020 school year they MUST complete this test. The test focuses on the following areas: attention, verbal and visual, processing speed and reaction time. This is a baseline test that is required  prior to participating in any sport and it takes approximately 30 minutes to complete.
